Amazing Han Dynasty Tomb Pottery Stickman
Period: Han Dynasty, China, 206 BC to 220 AD.
Condition: Good, color fading, abrasions, it has been repair at the neck, deterioration with possible areas
of expert restoration is not unusual in burial pieces of this age.
Description: This stickman is beautifully sculpted and painted. It has a very distinct facial expression. It
stands barefoot with nicely sculpted toes.
Fine & Rare Chinese Eastern Zhou Dynasty Pottery Bowl
This fine and very rare pottery bowl was made around 2,500 years ago during the Eastern Zhou Dynasty
(770 - 221BC) during either the "Spring & Autumn" period (770 - 475BC) but more likely during the
"Warring States" period (475 - 221 BC). It is made from a sandy grey pottery that has been quite
highly-fired. The outer wall has been decorated with horizontal bands that surround the body and
diagonal repeated cord impressions. The concave base is sculpted with a more coarse pattern.
No repair or restoration; fine condition
Neolithic pottery jar
A rare and very old neolithic pottery jar from the Qijia culture from Gansu Province, China, 2050 - 1200 BC.
Being corded, when the clay was wet, fabric was applied making pattern. When it was fired, the fabric would
burn off, leaving the design.
Condition: In excellent condition, no restoration or repairs.
Amazing Han Dynasty Ding or Lidded Bowl
Period: Han Dynasty 206 BC to 220 AD China.
Condition: Color fading, abrasions, small chips and/or minor deterioration with possible areas of expert
restoration is not unusual in burial pieces of this age.
Description: The ding or lidded bowl was used for food service and preparation. This is an excellent example of
lidded bowls of this time in China.
Neolithic pottery cup

Food Container Glazed Song Dynasty (906 - 1279 A.D.)
Description: The ding or lidded Brown pottery was used for food service and preparation. This is a very
special example as it is heavy in various colors. This is an excellent example of lidded brown pottery pot of
this time in China.
Condition: Well-preserved old burial condition overall with some amount of soil adhering (some abrasions
and wearing on the piece due to the long burial time underground).
